Title: can't get custom colors to save

Hi All,

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong with custom colors?  I have the latest beta version 2017.29 and when I click on a color in the palette, then go to define custom colors, I am able to edit it.  Then I select "add to custom colors" and click on a spot in custom colors and it shows up like it saved the color in that spot.  The problem I'm having is it never saves that color to the custom area when I open the palette back up.  If I click back on the effect, I am able to see in the mini palette my color in the spot I selected it but then when I click on that color, it doesn't actually show in the custom colors area and I just can't seem to be able to save my custom colors at all in those spots below the basic colors.  Even if I create the custom color, add to custom colors and make it appear like its adding it to that slot, then click the disc icon next down from the mini palette and then click update, it still doesn't save it.  I can see the dropdown box and the area for "load" by the palette but just can't figure out how to save my custom colors and have them appear again.  Any ideas?

See the attached screenshot of the color palette in xLights.  Click the Save icon I highlighted in red to save a color palette and then the dropdown I highlighted in blue can be used to recall a saved palette.  We don't control the stuff inside that dialog.

It will be somewhat fixed in .31. The dialog itself isn't our code and it is buggy.

ok.  Thanks for the replies.  At least I know what I was doing wrong before.
