Title: Blank window on startup 2017.30 x64

When starting the app, a blank 'window' appears for about 30 seconds in the middle of my screen before the app opens up.

I've rebooted my laptop and still have the issue (and it didn't happen on .29).

I think they are aware. Looks like the splash screen has no graphics.
