Title: New .30 splash screen anomally

Hey, discovered something. If I start Xlights64 bit normally, I just see a rectangular empty box.

However if I load an xml file outside of xlights64 bit, I can see the new splash screen while xlights loads the xml. Not sure why it's different, but this is what I'm seeing.

It is a known problem.

it has been fixed in the next release 2017.31
