Title: Parsing Error

I'm a newbie in the process of learning.  I thought a great way to start would be to take the Linus and Lucy sequence recently posted on the Facebook group an figure out how it was put together.  But when I try and load that show I get "Unable to load RGB effects file", followed by,  "XML parsing error: "junk after document element" at line 282.  Based on the comments to the post it does not appear others have had this issue. What am I doing wrong.

I'm using version 2017.30 64 bit.

Those files look like someone has done a hatchet job on them. This version will load but I cant promise it is correct.
