Title: Text effect starting in middle of statement

We are trying to add a simple text effect with the phrase, "Happy Holidays from LWW" to a 16x50 pixel strip tree (PEX).  Every rotation of the text starts in the middle of the phrase ("y Happy Holidays...").  All settings are at their starting positions. 

If you have seen this, and/or know how to fix it, please let us know. 

Attempts to upload an image of the settings have failed.  I have asked this same question on the Facebook support page, with the image.

I am new to XL and know very little, but I had the same problem with words being cut off.  Try adjusting the scrolling speed. It worked for me to speed it up when a word was being chopped off the end. It could be another effect over taking during that period of time.  Try copying the text effect to sometime later in the sequence to test.

There was a big report about this which I think was fixed in .35.

If you are new I doubt you were using the xLights fonts which had this issue.  Normal fonts were not affected.
