Hi new to the form but need help.
I have a matrix 120x48 pixles.
Falcon f16 v3 2811b pixles.
Any thing i put on it be it video or images seem to be washed out.
I set the pixels at 75% did not help. Set the Gama to 5 now I can see the image or video but color is to dark. Any ideals?

Try brightness down to 40% and run an effect first ie bars or butterfly to get colour/brightness that you want.
I guess from there on keep tweaking until it works.

I run any prop with a high density of pixels at 30% or it washes out any camera I've tried.

Gamma of 5 is very high... That would definitely drop out the darker colors. I would suggest around 1.8 - 2.2 for gamma and a brightness of about 40%.

Yes i agree 5 is high and i did put the pixles at 40%. It make some videos to dark. Any pics with white back ground still washes out. Does the size of pic matter and can the pic colors be adjusted to help and if so what program can be used to edit. Any one have suggestion on a program to edit

MS paint or Pixel? . both entail drawing around your target say santa clause and then colouring in the surrounding areas, usually for me it's to black, so matrix doesn't blind everyone.
Other option is to hunt for pix with black backgrounds on internet, less of them , but can save some work
