Title: Edit Multiple Effects at once in sequencer timeline

I'm not sure if this is an enhancement request, or a bug.  I'll start here though.  I'm using .37 x64 Windows.

I can highlight multiple effects at once, but if I go to make changes, ie change "In Transition" it only updates on of the selected effects. 

Also changing the length when multiple effect layers are highlighted only changes one.

You can't update just one setting on multiple effects.  You can change a setting(s) and then hit the Update button and it will change all selected effects but it changes all settings on the selected effects basically making them all duplicates of each other.
