Title: Model not showing what is playing....

I recently updated my software to the latest version 32bit and also installed the plugin. Now my model in the program does not appear "properly". Words are faint and the pictures are distorted. In addition when I go to layout there is a small box in the upper left corner, no model shows up. With all that being said everything looks great on the matrix outside and appears normal.

I am using on older windows laptop that I only use to run my lights and I only have one matrix, this being the second year of running this same matrix.
