Title: Blend Color Palette into each other in XLights
Post by: corydorning on December 04, 2017, 08:36:01 AM
I have several 50 pixel arches and i'm using the "Single Strand" effect on them to create various chases in XLights. If you select "Rainbow" from the Colors dropdown, it nicely blends all the colors of the rainbow as it chases across the Arches. I'd like to mimic that same blend using my own color palette though. However, when using "Palette" from the dropdown, the colors are banded together and not faded.

Any advice on how to accomplish this?

Thanks.

Try a Morph effect (left or right) across the arches.  Render style to single line, and the head duration set to 0.
