Title: Numeric Fields Not Enterable

I just upgraded to 43 (on a Mac), and for some reason, I'm unable to type anything into the numeric fields (Fade In/Out TIME, etc.).

Update:  reverted back to 42 and it's fine.

Actually, something is seriously wrong with the keyboard handling.    None of the keyboard shortcuts are working either.   I'll dig in.

I added a keyboard handler to catch the ctrl-s. I thought I checked that keys still found there way to the other handlers.

Just pushed a fix and am rebuilding .43 for the Mac.

We already had a handler for CTRL-S which is a menu level accelerator.   Thus, removed Keith's code and changed the "Save" menu item to be more context/tab aware.

Scratch v43 off the list of being called Production...lol.
