Title: 2018.2 Import Effects.

I am trying to import some effects, I get to the mapping screen, but when I try to drap and drop, the columns keep jumping all over the place and I can get it to stop long enough to be able to drop the mappings where I want them.  Anyone else seeing this?

Known issue that will be fixed in .3.
