Title: Edit Labels - How do I activate?

I am learning how to sequence singing faces and watched the great video from Aussie Lights.  I have set up my "Vocals" Timing Track and have set my timing marks.  I thought to activate the "Edit Labels" window that I needed to double-click on the timing track between the timing marks I want to use.  However when I do that it just plays that segment of music.

How do I open the Edit Labels window now?

Shift + double right mouse click
