Title: Possible bug - Moving group of effects - 2018.6 (Mac)

Previously, I was able to select a group of effects (timing track off), activate the timing track then move the selection as a whole to line up with the timing mark (left and right arrow). 
In 2018.6, I select the group with timing track off, turn the timing track on then the highlight drops of the group and unable to move.

I don't recall anything being done on purpose to change that behavior.  I'll try to remember to test it out.

Yep I verified this got broke between 2018.5 and 2018.6.
