Title: 2018.7 Screen View possible display issue

OK, so I know this may seem strange but I wanted to know if anyone had issues with the xLights not displaying / refreshing on your monitor properly in 2018.7?

Running on my laptop is fine, but when I try to run on my desktop, the screen does not refresh switching between tabs Setup->Layout->Sequencer. This is a dual monitor, screen resolution is 1920X1080, Happens on both monitors...I uninstalled and reinstalled as well.

2018.6 and prior works fine.

Run xLights in windows 8 compatibly mode for now.
