Title: Change row sizing

After much working through the differences between 2018.6 and 2018.11, I have one item that I cannot find the way to change.

The attachment shows the problem.  The row sizing for the scheduler is way too small.  I cannot find any way to increase the vertical size of each row.  Is there such an adjustment, and if so - how do I use it?

There is in settings menu
