Title: Make effects the same length

I have put an effect on multiple props. I find how to align them all to either the start or end after selecting them all but can't seem to find a way to align them all to the left then click on "something" to make them all the same length. Is it possible to do that?

Select all the effect with your favorite method.  Shift click the effect you want to be the alignment reference. Then right-click ->  Alignment -> Align Match Duration
