Title: 2018.16 Will Not Load

I downloaded the 64 bit version of XLights.  When I attempt to install it, Windows gives me the error message "This App Can't Run on Your Machine".  Download file appears to be about 13 MB short compared to previous versions. :-\

Use http://xlights.org/downloads/xLights64_2018_16.exe as the download link. https seems to be causing/having an issue.
