Has anyone suggested, or is it even possible, to include a small "telltale" marker on the timeline while sequencing when a sequence is paused/stopped. The "old" Vixen 2.1x had such a marker which I found invaluable when sequencing, as it showed exactly where the playback was stopped/paused while locating a timing point for applying effects. The small "Vixen" marker stayed on the timeline until the next playback was initiated, at which point it disappeared :-)
No criticism just a thought :-)

Yeah I have found myself wanting that sometimes too. The only oddity is that when you press play it goes back to the beginning so maybe it only makes sense if you pause the song and it would be nice if you pressed t immediately it would have put the timing mark there.

Fair comment :-) The other "useful" function with the "Old" sequencer I used is you only had to click on any square on the canvas and it would then start playing from there when you told it to go again.

Yeah I don’t think that is such a good idea. If you want to play from a point just click above the waveform and it will play forward from there.

This will be in .29

Playback will start where the play marker (black line) is in the waveform. You can double-click open space in the grid and it will move the play marker.

I didnt change the playback functionality at all ... just let you press t and put in a timing mark when playback is paused.

That's Brilliant Keith, very much appreciated, it will be a big help, heaps of Kudos to you :-)
