Title: Enhancement to display elements window

It would be great if it were possible to change the order of views within the display elements window. I currently work with more than a dozen different views and I would like the ability to sort them. As it currently stands if I add a new view it just staples it to the bottom of the list.

Just change the order in the XML file if its that important.
