Title: Spherical ornament model?

Hey, does anyone know how to model a spherical ornament? I'm thinking we'd wrap a 50-pixel string around a 14" diameter wire cage "ball". I can't figure a way to model this in xLights. If I can't do this, I'll just call it one 3 channel RGB string where all the pixels are the same color.

I had just used a matrix. It has work out just fine.

this shows the ball but no real effects set to it.

A 3D enhancement to xlights is in BETA, and it will allow for a better viewing and effects on a sphere.
