Title: Putting a photo of the house in the layout.
Post by: 11Bravo on October 17, 2018, 12:46:18 PM
I have in the past been doing my layout with out a photo of my house in the back ground.  So now I want to put a photo of the house in the back ground and place the strings on it. I cannot find anywhere in the layout screen where to make this happen.

Click the background then at bottom left of the screen is a table. One of those rows is the name of the file to use as a background. Click the cell once to see the elipses and then the elipses to choose a file.

Just be aware that those width and height numbers are used for rendering models or groups that are using "Per Preview" render buffers.  That means the size of your render buffer could change if you change those numbers and possibly change positioning of the rendering of some effects.
