I was wondering if it wouldn't be possible to design a toggle-able option such that when enabled, the various sub-layers of a Lyric track can produce full timing marks. When I create the timing marks for the phrase, as expected, they provide an entire vertical line (of the color assigned to said timing track). What I would really like to see, is the potential to allow the timing marks that separate words in layer 2, or the phonemes in layer 3, to also generate an entire full vertical timing mark, such that effects and other things that snap to timing marks, can be influenced by those.
It would help a lot for creating effects that are timed exactly to the bounce of the vocals, or what have you. I hope that I managed to articulate this properly. Ideally, I'd like to see the option to enable timing lines for either Layer 2 (words) and/or Layer 3 (phonemes).... The phoneme lines could get a bit messy, visually, and so I feel the option to enable or disable this would be necessary.
Any thoughts on the feasibility/practicality of such a feature? I know that its existence would sure make some of the sequencing effects more versatile and, in my opinion, visually pleasing.
Thanks!
I included a crude screenshot demonstrating what I mean, using orange for Layer 2 and pink for Layer 3, according to how xLights also colors the label boxes for those layers.

You should be able to copy any of those layers and paste it into another timing track if you want to use those marks for timings. We really don't like feature requests between Oct 1st and Jan 1st to be honest.

I'll give it a shot, thanks.
Fair enough on the warning, and it certainly wasn't a massively pressing issue. Just a quality of life improvement. Thanks, gil!
