Title: Add cycles option to shockwave effect

Pretty self explanatory from the title. I'm currently working on a sequence where having the ability to add cycles, like on many of the other effects would be a welcome addition to the shockwave effect.

Just copy/paste the effect.  You shouldn't need to do this very often.  Add some variety to your sequencing.
