Title: Import Notes: Midi: All Tracks
Post by: bwinter on November 28, 2018, 09:19:50 AM
When 'importing notes' and 'MIDI file' there is an option to import individual tracks (which works fine) and import ALL.  Import ALL doesn't appear to be working.  I've tried importing a MIDI with a few tracks, and a lot of tracks, and it appears to only import the 1st track when ALL is selected.

Here's one of the MIDI files I'm working with (this is the smaller of the two).  There are about 5-10 tracks in the MIDI. I can see them each individually to import.  But they don't all import when ALL is selected.

I think maybe you misunderstand all ... it doesnt import each as its own timing track ... it imports all the notes into one timing track.

Ohhh.  Hmm, it sure would be nice if there was a way to “add all” as separate timing tracks (as they appear in the original midi)—but it’s not that complicated to add individually (unless to have to re-import due to timing adjustments or adjustments to the original midi.
