Title: Xschedule Issue with output of lights
Post by: Tim R on November 29, 2018, 10:10:19 AM
I had my show already running this last week no issues besides my Pixies cant keep up,  thats another issue.
but last night I added a new sequence to my show,  then added it to my shedule and when all of my sequences
are playing thru xschedule the channels are off, my verticals are overlapping into my horizontal's almost like
my setup is off,  but when I go into the sequencer and use output to lights,  these sequences play perfectly.
what happened?,  is there something I need to do,  I completely deleted the schedule and setup in xschedule
multiple times and still same effect.
please help.

Are they both pointing at the same show directory. Did you save your sequences AFTER rendering?

Yes Both pointing to same Directory,  I will Render and save each sequence tonight to make sure, not sure
if I did that last night, So If you don't save the sequence after rendering, then reopen later, would the sequencer
make you re-render before sequence would play on the house model, or actually play on your display?
Thay was an issue last night as well.

If you dont save after rendering then the render data is thrown away when you exit.

I generally use batch render in the tools menu as it can open all your sequences and then render and save them.

Keith, I did not know about the batch render option,  just learned another tip, thank you, I will try that.

The batch render solved the issue,  Thanks again Keith.
