Title: cant figure out why my first 5 channels of each strip

i can create a butterfly in nutcracker as a test but when i save then open in lor s3 the first couple of lights in each string dont seem correct i have attached screenshots thanks in advance(http://)

can u use snippingtool.exe (it is part of all windows) to do your screen capture? These images are mostly unreadable. Do you have one megatree? Why post two different images?

Are you doing "Export" or "Model Export"? You want model export.

I have windows xp so no snippingtool.exe but downloaded one hope it is better quality. I have 1  12 strand megatree the two images are e131 setup and model set up and thank you sean this is my first year with nutcracker (obviously) and your help is appreciated

this all looks fine.

You do a model export to lcb.

You have defined a block of channels in LOR as rgb, you paste into the first row
of that block.

should work fine.
