Title: Which file contains the Model and Sub Model Data?

Which file contains the Model and Submodel Data?  Is there a Backup of this file?  I have wiped out some submodels that I created for a sequence and would like to try to restore them rather than recreate them.

Pretty sure that is all in the xlights_rgbeffect.xml file.
