Title: Is There a way to save Images and Video clips to a Sequence when transferring it

When I move my sequences that has images/pictures or a video clip to another computer is there a way to save the images/pictures or video clips to the sequence so when I load the sequence on another computer I don't have to reload or repoint the images in the sequence? I work on my sequences between 2 computers and use another computer that I use for the show computer and I have had to reload the images and video clips, just was wondering if there ways a better way to transfer the sequence that would include the images? Thanks in advance for any help or tips.

Use the Tools -> Package Sequence feature
