Title: Nodes in Custom models
Post by: poporacer on March 11, 2019, 11:04:10 AM
Maybe I am missing something, but I don't see a quick way to see how many nodes are in a custom model. It would be nice if there were a #Nodes section right in the properties of the model for quick reference without having to go to the wiring layout (or other area) to find out how many pixels are in the model.

But then, maybe I am missing something that is obvious?

Right Click -> Node Layout is the quickest way that I know of.

Yeah I think that's plenty quick enough.  Adding more parameters just clutters up the list and you would probably need to scroll down to see it or it would hide something else.  Parameters are mainly reserved for items you can alter not informational lines.

Ic, that does make sense because the model nodes are dependent on the Model Data and then you would have to have a read only textbox for the node count.

FYI in case someone reads this, the tool tips on the models now has the node count listed!

Thanks to the developers once again!
