Title: Problem with 2019.27 download

I have tried twice today to upgrade to 2019.27 & get a corrupted message. Windows 32 bit. Anyone else have a problem?

32bit is corrupt (Win10). 64bit works but the website shows zero length file (just click it anyway).

Can not put 64 bit on a 32 bit windows 7 computer.
