Not a computer guy, so dont go and get all jumpy on me, but if there a way to create an android app for the test features alone? Would like to be able to dim the light when running static from my android device if i am outside.

Wouldn’t be the first test app written for the phone.

Of course xschedule could do it today with a bit of setup.

I picked one up a while back, called "Lights Master".  They had a Facebook page the last I looked.
Not sure how up to date they may be, but it is a start.
