Title: Geting lots of ERR: Effect contains very old value curve. Click on this effect

I ran check sequence on a file from last year and am now getting lots of 

ERR: Effect contains very old value curve. Click on this effect and then save the sequence to convert it.

in the check sequence check.  Is there anyway to fix this other than clicking each one?  There are hundreds of them in the output.
