Hey guys!
So I programmed a light show on my PC (Windows 10) for a client who uses a Mac (OS X) and we cannot get the show to play on a Holidaycoro Actidongle #53. Here's what is going on:
-I sent my client the xlights_networks and xlights_rgbeffects along with the xml sequences and he used the network and rgb effects to set up the profile
-I configured the Setup>Network>DMX> Actidongle and Layout>Models on my pc and it works fine on my end
-The layout I made shows up in the layout window but when the sequence is played back, the Model and Effect Preview windows will not display what has been sequenced
-The dongle shows up on my clients Mac and when the Test function in xLights is opened and we attempt to do an RGB test, nothing happens
-When I transferred over the xlights network and rgb effects files onto other pc's I have, everything works fine.
So what am I doing wrong? Do I need specify the port as "Not Connected" on my end so when I send the profile to the client his Mac can identify the correct port? I'm at a total loss since I know nothing about how Mac systems work.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance!

Did he render and save? Did you use package sequence to ensure you didn’t miss any files.

Yes I’ve had him render and save. And yes I have packaged the sequence.

He will almost certainly need to change the com port.

I had him try changing the port to SOC (which was the only available port that showed in the port drop down menu) and still no output.
