Title: 2019.60 crash on saving and editing
Post by: rickswa on October 22, 2019, 04:54:24 PM
Hello,

I'm having a problem since updating to 2019.60.  Earlier I was doing a cut and paste from one model to another with two layers and got a crash.  The next two crashes happened upon saving.  The file still saved but the program crashed.  I had this issue before when the fseq v2 function was released, so to see if I could try to isolate it, I tried to save the sequence as both v1 and then v2, both of which crashed.  It seems to be when I try to cut and paste or when I try to save files that this happens.  The tricky part is it's not consistent.  Sometimes it will crash, sometimes it wont.  I've attached the crash reports.  xxx 154 was when I was doing the cut and paste, xxx436 was trying to save as fseq v2 and xxx641 was trying to save as as v1.  Thanks for any help.

so it seems it's down to an error upon save.  Today it was 90% crash rate on save regardless of v1 or 2 for the fseq.  Like yesterday, the file actually saves, the program just crashes though.

I saved your file several times and cannot get it to crash.  It saves in like 3.2 seconds.

Thanks for checking that out Gil.  I thought it was maybe time for a new mobo/CPU but since this latest update, all is back to normal.  Odd, but I'll take it.  LOL.  Thanks again for looking into it for me.
