Got this bug report today.  Using the latest version 2019.61 64 bit.  I was downloading a Boscoyo 12 inch star custom model.

I just figured out that I probably did something to cause this, I was trying to download the model from the 12" star section, but hadn't expanded the category to choose which star I would download.
