When is the warning coming up?  Some you can ignore.

Since I'm using Falcon Player I have nothing defined in setup all I need to control is what models use what channels in layout so every time I add a line or anything I get the warning popup

Suggest you hop on zoom and let the folks take a look at your config.
xlights.org then hit the zoom button.
