Suddenly I can no longer see the models in the Master View. What I get is rather strange and not useful. I will attach a picture of what I am seeing and hope someone can tell me how to get back to a normal layout of my models.
Most what is showing in the attached are the other decorations. In the bottom left corner you can see part of my P10 matrix with a singing face. However, this should show on the house and all the other models are missing. I did notice some green squares while in the layout page.

I don’t download word docs. Way too risky.

Here is a PNG file.

I am pretty sure that is not the photo you meant to upload

This is a screen shot of what I see when playing a particular sequence in Xlights on the House Preview using the Master View (really the only preview I use). Most of what shows up in this screen shot is what is part of my other Xmas decorations. I used to see all the models laid out (over the background decorations in the picture) as expected while viewing the play back of my sequence. Now most of the models are missing with the part of the P10 panel in the bottom left corner. I am not sure how to get back to the normal House preview with all my models superimposed. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

I saw something like this the other day and it seemed to be related to using an old version of xLights from 2018. When I ran a recent version from 2019, the preview displayed correctly.

Yeah 2019.1 you can’t go back to 2018 as model positions are updated.

Thanks for confirmation. It was a friends computer and I told him to uninstall the old version .

So I had fallen back to a 2018 version because I was getting Keybinding errors. I just uninstalled Xlights and installed the newest version 2019.67 64 bit and still have the problem. I am attaching a new screen shot where I have zoomed out and you can see that all the models seem to be overlaid in the bottom left corner.
Since moving to the current version did not fix the issue do you have any other suggestions on how I can get a clean view of the models?

Not sure what you have done but I suspect all that back and forth has screwed it up permanently. You look like you need to start fishing for backups.

Can you point me to the type of backup file I would look to find? If I link to my 2018 show folder I have a good preview there, but without any of the 2019 added models.
Would that be a good place to start or would there be something in my 2019 show folder that might be usable? If so, what would I be looking for?

I figured it out. It is the Xlights_rgbeffects file. I was able to restore from a backup and now see the models.
I have always found that making mistakes is one key to learning. Not necessarily a fun route.
Thanks for all your help.
