Title: Lights not working correctly

I have about 1000 lights on different Universes & Ports. I have 2 - 99 Light candy canes on port 6, Universe 10, and the first candy cane does not light up, but the second one does. I tried moving this to a port with over 200 lights, and they all work. What am I doing wrong?

Without seeing your config I am going to say your config is wrong.

At this time of year your best bet is to jump into zoom. These problems are everywhere and they get fixed pretty quick in there.

Zoom support is awesome! Mine was the route issue. Controllet still had old setting.
