Glad it worked for you.

Glad it worked for you.
It didnt work.
-
Well it worked for everyone else. Maybe you installed the wrong link like you picked the x86 version which is 32 bit but you have a 64 bit machine. Bottom line is that's the fix and if it doesn't work for you we can't do much more.
-
So the fact that I can roll back to version 71 with no issues means its an issue with my PC? It makes sense to me. Not! Especially since your suggested fix worked for everyone? When 72 was just released today. Im sorry but there has to be something else going on.
If anyone else has experienced this same issue with 72 please let me know what you did to fix it.
Could it be a Vamp plugin issue perhaps?
-
Version 71 is using the 2015 C++ redistributable but version 72 requires the 2019 C++ redistributable. I don't believe you installed the correct one or it would have fixed it. The download page is currently pointing to the wrong one. It works for 71 and earlier but not 72.

See the keys are in the details. Now that Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 is now showing as being installed 72 now works for me.
Thanks for the help. I knew I could tell the difference between 32 bit and 64 bit.

Yeah so basically the link I posted in my first reply fixes the problem so I'm not sure what else you are trying to imply.

Im trying to imply that by downloading the right 64bit version of Microsoft Visual C++ I was able to fix my issue and I was saying thanks for the help.
