Just a curiosity question for the developers..... why does the C+++ distributed message come up when we load a new version of xlights?  Doesn't it stay loaded from a previous version?

That's how it checks to make sure it's still there or was ever there.  There's no way to know already have it.

I don't think its actually installing it again but it does seem to take a varying amount of time to figure it out.
