Title: MP4 are not rendering in rendered playback

I am using 2020.4 and I tried rendering and previewing the Drummer Boy Live LATW sequence and I am noticing that they are not rendering.  I know some OpenGL changes were made in 2020.2.  Are there some caches that I need to clear? JPGs, Gifs, and effects are render fine.  In fact they render way better than before, just for some reason MP4 is right now not working.

Turn off whatever that hardware decoding acceleration is called and clear the render cache.
