Im trying to set up my LOR CTB16PC G3 controllers in XLIGHTS. i have watched tons of videos, read till my eyes cant read anymore. Trying to set them up using DMX.
I have the latest version of XLIGHTS  v2020.19. All the videos i have watched have a tab in the controller setup page for LOR. My version does not have that tab. Can somebody point me in the right direction on how to get these controllers to work? I'm lost.

I could tell you how to do it with last years version.  This year I haven't kept up.  But the first question is what actual piece of hardware is your PC going to communicate with?  You said your setting up for DMX but what device is sending the DMX because the PC does not natively send DMX.

I found a new video which helps alot. My biggest issue right now I think is, Im using an rgb controller for a pixel tree, which I have no problem getting it to work. It as 2 ports for DMX but I cannot find any documentation on this controller.  It is a J1sys ECG P12S. there is no manual for it and I have emailed J1sys but haven't got a reply. This controller is an upgrade from the P12R, which did not have the DMX ports. The P12R does have a manual but of course it doesn't have the info I need. I think my problem is getting the CTB16PC to connect to my J1sys P12S.

Yep I own a P12R, P12S, and P12D.  Your best bet for a manual is join the auschristmaslighting forum someone there wrote a manual but you need to be a member to download.  I don't know exactly how those outputs would work on that board but most likely in the board setup webpage you would configure a universe for each port.  In xLights just define those universes the same as every other universe on the board.  xLights does not need to know anything is different.  The board will convert the data to the proper DMX format.  You most likely will need to have a crossover cable because LOR reversed the pinout on their controllers.

I am a member there but the only manual they have(that i can find) is for the P12R, which doesnt have the DMX so it doesnt explain it. Ive tried setting it up in the software but cant get it to connect. i thought maybe there might be a jumper somewhere to power the ports but cant find any marked for that.
Still hoping to get a reply from J1SYS, but thats not looking very promising at this time.

Maybe show us some screenshots of the J1SYS P12S config page for the DMX ports and the xLights controller page setup.

trying to post a screenshot of my p12s ports page but cant figure out how to do it.
So, how do I post A JPG picture in my post? Now i really feel stupid......

Use the reply button and not the quick reply.  Then click the + by the "Attachments and ..."
