Hi Everyone,
I think I've got the new controller setup down but just want to verify one thing. I have 3 LOR boxes left in my layout (numbered 1, 2, and 5) but they have been converted to DMX since I began using xlights. I use DMX port 3 on a falcon f16v3 to run the data to all three of them. Right now, with the new layout page, I have them setup as LOR protocol, port 3, and then the respective DMX channel for each model. Would this be correct or should I actually be setting it as DMX protocol with the rest remaining the same? Thanks for any help.

They should just be included in your falcon channels. Not a separate line.

thanks for the reply. On the controllers page they are listed like that but I was just confused about the layout page as to go about the protocol and port setting

On the layout they should be dmx as that is the protocol they are using.

On this same line of questions, I have one LOR controller left that is running off a san device bridge (which outputs DMX to my LOR. How do I list the bridge on the set up page? or can I just move that physical connection to my Falcon? I was using the bridge for both LOR and my dmx (my 27 channel light controlers) but I moved the dmx connnection onto my Falcon but at present still have the LOR stuff hooked up to the bridge. -- Thanks did not want to hijack the OP but along the same line of questions

As an e131. Xlights only cares about the device it is talking to.
