Hello!
I have been using LOR hardware and software for a few years and have had some pretty good success. Great support from lots of people here! Naturally, I want to add pixels and Xlights too. I bought a Falcon controller and have been watching "how to" videos but really struggling. I have a dedicated laptop for my displays and want to connect my Falcon board directly to the PC. All the videos I have seen seems to indicate that configuration is complicated. Clearly they are right! The only way I can talk to it is through my router. Only test mode works. I cannot get even a simple model to turn on the pixels? Maybe a block diagram would help? Certain I have not configured the output ports correctly. Have you ever been in a spot where you don't even know what questions to ask? Throwing a Hail Mary before I pack it up and stick to what I know.

Have you tried the zoom room online? Link in xlights help menu.

I would agree with trying the Zoom room. Button is also on xlights.org
Also make sure to look at http://videos.xlights.org (http://videos.xlights.org)
