Title: Faces and Model in xLights not working

I have two Coro singing faces that were working both in the model and in the prop last night.  This morning, they are not.  The only thing that changed was I unplugged the dongle they are connected to. 

Now I'm getting a can not determine start channel error and both the model and the prop are not working.

Is it better or easier if I get rid of the dongle and use the RS485 connection?  I'm good with either way, I just want them to work.

Thank you for any guidance you can offer.  I'm newbie and learning fast, but still running into some issues that I just don't understand. 

Running of of WIN 10.  Can provide any info needed.

You changed something else. Unplugging a dongle can?t cause that issue. Likely you deleted the dongle controller entry as well and either that prop or something it was changed to was linked to it which broke the start channel calcs. Now you need to fix your start channels. If you are stuck pop into zoom.
