I know there must be a way to do so? I added a boscoyo swinging bell, and I have to manually do a left, center, right, center, left, etc.. along with Handel and 3 clankers. Can I save that as an effect, and then just paste and stretch it for as loo long as I'd like, and add whatever cycles? If yes can you please give a quick walk through? Thanks in advance

Hightlight all the pieces of the effect .. right click Effect Presets - Add. Be sure to save your layout. It will now be available via a right click effect preset add.

Thanks, I'll give it a try in a little, that will save it, even when xlights is restarted? Also would it work as where I can paste the effect, stretch it to let's say 12 seconds, and add cycles?, or do I have to keep pasting?

Yes Effect Presets are all saved in a sub-folder called Presets in your xLights folder
Once you have created an effect preset, you can re-apply it in any sequence. Note: if the preset is multiple layers you need to make sure the model you're putting it on has at least that number of layers. There's quite a few free presets out there if you want to experiment. You can stretch a preset to whatever length you want once you've applied it.

State effect is also really good for things like this.
