Title: Nutcracker 3.6.13 not creating Papagayo effects

I just got to the point where I need to do a sequence with a couple of coro faces.

In Nutcracker 3.6.13 I went through the whole process of building my Papagayo models in Nutcracker, building the Papagayo .pgo file in Papagayo and process it out as an .xml file. No effects were created in the xml file.

I repeated the exact same process in Nutcracker 3.5.2. The .xml file it built in this version came out with correct effects. I reconfirmed that the file had effects by playin it in both 3.5.2 and 3.6.13.

I can limp along for this season but it would be good to see this fixed.

Ok I don't know what happened the first time but retried it again and now the 3.6.13 version is working has expected.

Still getting effect other than white on my RGB coro tree is a real hoop to jump through.
