Title: Some effects are not being displayed on the sequencer

I have one model where only only some of the effects on the top layer are being displayed.  The effects are still working but they are hidden.  I have tried reopening and rendering the sequence and clicking on show all effects.    Thanks

Odds are its your effect settings ... without seeing the effects it is impossible to say exactly what about them is a problem.
