Title: Morph Effect as chase--

I watched Gil's video where he placed a morph effect and for him the effect staggered down the nodes and created a pixel to pixel chase effect.
For me, the effect is linear on the nodes (all at the same start and end times) -- the times are not progressively placed like they were in the video (chase effect).
What am I going wrong?

Set the direction correctly.  You probably have it set to go up or down on a line of pixels that is oriented left to right.
