Title: Clear Pixel Strips for Mega Tree Question

This may seem like a crazy question....but when you get the Clear Pixel Strips for Mega Trees they come with a film over them, that I am thinking is just for protection in shipping and packaging, but not sure??  Maybe it is for ultraviolet or something like that? 

Bottom line, am I supposed to rip it off, or leave it??  Sort of like they film they put on most LCD displays to protect them if you know what I mean.

I've never seen pixel strips that had a plastic film over them.  They usually come already inside a plastic rectangular sleeve.

Can you tell us what you mean by "Clear Pixel Strips for Megatrees"?
Also, who did you get the strips from?

Are you talking about light strips or pixel mounting strips?  You need to be clear to get questions answered.  And for a product the vendor you bought from should always be the first place to look for answers.

I am talking about the mounting strips for the pixels on a megatree.  Got them from Boscoyo.  It's no biggie...I left them on, but just wondered if that would make any major difference in the look of them in the future?
